Stir it Up--A Lesson in Everyday Enlightenment 7/20/09

1. Judgment--What I can see, filtered through my story. May judge someone for things I do myself (being wasteful).
2. Curiosity--What else could this mean? Asked myself and others questions to elicite more insight.
3. Openness to seeing it differently-- Please let me see this differently (feeling off). The morning afternoon, SHAZAM! “there is no stir” there is only my perception --a mental movie creating lessons for me to learn.
4. Joy--Feeling good and free from holding onto a thought or perspective. Woo Hoo! I NOW feel GREAT!
**Another positive outcome was that I was made more aware of our unconscious consumption and was referred to the great site: http://www.storyofstuff.com which reveals that we really do need to be more aware of how we dispose of things. So in addition to getting a powerful lesson about me, I also received a great education in taking better care of our things and Mother Earth.
