Do You Know and Honor Yourself?
I have been reading and re-reading some really great books---Superconscious Mind by Vernon Howard, Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life by Wayne Dyer and The Power of Now by Eckart Tolle.
I have seen some great spiritual movies, Luminaries—The Serious Business of Happiness, Peaceful Warrior, and The Sea of Dreams.
I have listened (and conversed) with great teachers like Marianne Williamson and gifted healers and teachers all over the country.
Why? I already have a Ph.D. and 10+ years of real-world experience....
Why yes, that is true. However, when putting pieces of a puzzle together, you do not usually stop until finished, right?
And more importantly,
I am ready to end 2007 with the right attitude so
I can reach the highest altitudes in 2008.

And in my work with hundreds of clients, I have come to know and believe in an even more important piece of advice---Honor Thyself.
Because if you know who you are and what you want and are not honoring it, your life still feels stuck in the muck!
Unless you are gifted with a greater self-awareness than everyone else on the planet, you are going to need support to see yourself as others see you, think new thoughts, and grow through changes and challenges.
As my favorite Hindu proverb states: There are three mysteries in the world: the air to the bird, the water to the fish, and man to himself.
The smart way is to get help from close friends, mastermind partners, and those whose only investment in this is for your highest growth (someone like me!)
