What's Been Keeping Michelle Casto Busy?

Moving for one. Even though it is just a couple of miles otb—over the bridge, it requires the same amount of mental and physical exertion. What with sorting through all the stuff you have accumulated since your last move, which luckily was only a couple of years ago.
Then there is the fun of packing, turning on and off all the utilities, and basically feeling
confused and disoriented until you unpack and get settled.

However, it is all worth it because I am back in my own version of paradise, Padre Island.
Now I can take the two doxies, Bri Bri and Bosko for walks on the beach in a moments notice, often without seeing a single soul. That is because the island is also a national seashore, which means no development.

I feel blessed to do what I love from the comfort of my own home.

Do you despise spam as much as I do?
Well I am happy to report that I was called to testify in a federal case.
And in fact, my small letter writing campaign did help to bring down at least one of those losers. His name is Robert Soloway, aka the King of Spam. He plead guilty and we are waiting to hear the sentence. I’ll keep you posted. It really irks me as I have had to change my email over 5x due to the SPAM problem.

More recently, I learned something that blew my mind. One of speakers at a recent event I attended in Austin, Texas, Jerry Stocking said this, There is no choice. You may think you have a choice, but do not make one, allow what needs to happen to happen.

Huh? All my life I have prided myself on my choice-making abilities, the gift of free will and all that, right? He was basically saying that the universe will provide all that we need. I am still pondering this and would love to know what you think this might mean.

While there, I also remembered that I am a miracle. That I am entitled to miracles. Whatever you want more of, give it away. My gift will make room for me. Everything not in alignment with my dream will show up to be revealed (and healed).

Another gem from the seminar was let fear be your friend. It alerts you to the fact that you are doing something that you have not done before and that is a sign of progress.

Lastly, I ask you this question: when deciding what to do when you grow up,
ask yourself: What excites and lights me up?

As your coach, I give you permission to go and do more of that!
Or not, you choose.

Brightly,
Dr. Michelle Casto,
The Soul Coach
