Fear Not! Your Future is Exciting and Bright

Fear Not! Your Future is Exciting and Bright
Michelle L. Casto

Recently I publicly admitted that I had been afraid of making technical changes, and how once I did make those changes, how amazed I was at the sheer amount of energy this freed up in me. I compared the old Michelle with that of a fraidy cat, and the new Michelle with a roaring lioness.
It is true, I feel like I can do anything now.

I had not realized how much of my personal power I was giving away to my fear. Now I have come to understand fear at a greater level. I see that fear is really just a lack of understanding. Because once I understood the process and what needed to be done, it was like, hey, no problem, I can do that!

I have seen this time and again with my coaching clients too, they come to me at first timid and lacking self- confidence, and after just a couple of sessions, they get activated, at their soul level. That is the power of soul coaching, when we connect on that deep soul to soul connection, something gets sparked within you that allows you to be and do more. I cannot really explain what happens, you really just have to experience for yourself, to feel the powerful energy exchange that happens between us.

And then, like a miracle, things start shifting and moving in your favor, and things start lining up, showing you the next best step to take. I wish I could take all the credit, but I have to tell you, it is because when YOU are willing to do your inner work, everything just starts transforming right before your very eyes.

There is a lot of fear tv and media out there. I do not personally watch, read or listen to it, but on occasion I will over hear others talking about the latest thing to be afraid of. If you ask me it is all a ploy to keep human beings out of their power so we can be controlled by a ego-dominated system that thrives on greed. (how is that for a soap box)

There is nothing to fear. There will always be jobs, there will always be loss of jobs, because there is a balance to everything. However, you can put yourself in a better position to handle the coming changes and challenges of the new earth, by obtaining self-knowledge and applying spiritual techniques to your real life challenges.

We live in a belief driven universe.
Whatever you believe to be true comes true. PERIOD. End of Sentence.

To live a truly abundant and happy life requires an investment of time, money and energy.
You can change you beliefs about money any time you want, since that is one of the more popular “reasons” people opt out of personal growth programs.

Why not choose to believe—that money is abundant and comes to me before I even need it. Money is energy and freely flows to me Now.

Work with me and we can determine if your beliefs are serving you or not and replace them with ones that help you to recreate your reality.

Jared, one of my past clients had this to say about our work together:
Michelle helped me through a career change that would not have happened without her collaborative and professional assistance and encouragement. Michelle makes rather challenging career changes happen with great ease because her care and concern about the individual. She makes milestones like finding and aligning passions possible. Her gentle enthusiasm is priceless.

So what is your future going to be like?

There is a quote by Victor Hugo that sums this up:
"The future has several names. For the weak, it is Impossible. For the faint hearted, it is Unknown. For the thoughtful & valiant, it is Ideal."

You can create an exciting and bright future, despite what THEY say.
When you believe, it will be.
In light, Michelle

The Storms of Life---Hurricane Dolly Visits Texas

Hurricane Dolly came to Texas yesterday.

Storms can be very scary, with all that wild wind, rain, lightning, thunder, and destruction. Weather storms serve to wake us up to the reality that there is something bigger than us human beings, and our little endless list of needs, wants and desires. Storms remind us that we really are not as in control as we think we are!
(Maybe that is why they can frighten us so much).

Storms are also symbolic of life---hings like divorce, bankruptcy, getting fired, having accidents, family feuds, etc happen to each and every one of us. The good thing about storms, stress and challenges is that they come, and they go. And if we are fortunate, they come one right after another, like the dark night experience. (Hey if they are going to come anyway, may as well get as many out of the way at one time, right? That is what I told myself over the last few years, when I was challenged with literally one thing after another).

What would good fortune have to do it with it?
Well when we are living through our own version of hell….on the other side is our personal version of heaven. And those willing to walk through the fire, do get to the other side, and soon find that everything is quite amazing and delightful.

I would like to point out that it is not a dark night of the soul----that is a misnomer---it is a dark night of the ego, because it is the ego that keeps us circling in chaos and confusion, when the soul just wants to sing and dance and party!

Ms. Big Wind Dolly gave me some extra reflection time and guess what? The sun really does come out tomorrow! In fact, it is peeking through clouds right now as I am writing this to you.

It times of the STORM: Fear Not.
There really is nothing that can harm the part of you that matters anyway.

I like what Deepak Chopra said, "One thing we can do is make the choice to view the world in a healthy way. We can choose to see the world as safe with only moments of danger rather than seeing the world as dangerous with only moments of safety."

You know, Einstein said something similar: one of the biggest decisions we can make is if the world is a friendly or hostile place.

My family sometimes wonder why I live in a place that is actually due for a hurricane and I just tell them it is where I am called to be, and more importantly, I choose to believe I am safe, secure, and protected at all times. If I can walk away from three major car accidents, I have cause to believe in something else besides little ole me---angels, the Divine!

I want to send a big hug out to all of you who were sending south Texas loving thoughts, and I am happy to report, our little island (the north side anyway) did not receive much from Hurricane Dolly except some fairly heavy wind and rains. The only thing I lost were the car magnets on my convertible!

So, watch the horizon for your next storm, and be calm, know that you know that you know that ALL IS WELL.

In bright light,

What's Been Keeping Michelle Casto Busy?

Moving for one. Even though it is just a couple of miles otb—over the bridge, it requires the same amount of mental and physical exertion. What with sorting through all the stuff you have accumulated since your last move, which luckily was only a couple of years ago.
Then there is the fun of packing, turning on and off all the utilities, and basically feeling
confused and disoriented until you unpack and get settled.

However, it is all worth it because I am back in my own version of paradise, Padre Island.
Now I can take the two doxies, Bri Bri and Bosko for walks on the beach in a moments notice, often without seeing a single soul. That is because the island is also a national seashore, which means no development.

I feel blessed to do what I love from the comfort of my own home.

Do you despise spam as much as I do?
Well I am happy to report that I was called to testify in a federal case.
And in fact, my small letter writing campaign did help to bring down at least one of those losers. His name is Robert Soloway, aka the King of Spam. He plead guilty and we are waiting to hear the sentence. I’ll keep you posted. It really irks me as I have had to change my email over 5x due to the SPAM problem.

More recently, I learned something that blew my mind. One of speakers at a recent event I attended in Austin, Texas, Jerry Stocking said this, There is no choice. You may think you have a choice, but do not make one, allow what needs to happen to happen.

Huh? All my life I have prided myself on my choice-making abilities, the gift of free will and all that, right? He was basically saying that the universe will provide all that we need. I am still pondering this and would love to know what you think this might mean.

While there, I also remembered that I am a miracle. That I am entitled to miracles. Whatever you want more of, give it away. My gift will make room for me. Everything not in alignment with my dream will show up to be revealed (and healed).

Another gem from the seminar was let fear be your friend. It alerts you to the fact that you are doing something that you have not done before and that is a sign of progress.

Why not listen to Joe Vitale’s AAA approach to wealth by visiting:

http://blog.mrfire.com/ (click on his May 6 blog to hear the 45 minute talk).

Lastly, I ask you this question: when deciding what to do when you grow up,
ask yourself: What excites and lights me up?

As your coach, I give you permission to go and do more of that!
Or not, you choose.

Brightly,
Dr. Michelle Casto,
