In every moment we have 3 choices to make. Most of us know the first way: Freeze---Do nothing out of fear or confusion. Some of us know the second way: Fight---Push and struggle to get what we want. There is a better way, a higher way, a divine way: Flow---Go with the current of our life river, to relax and let go. The Divine Way brings us

So ask yourself, Where do I expend most of my vital life energy? If you are like 95% of the population, you default to way #1 and #2 (freezing/ fighting and getting no where fast). Let other people settle for mediocre lives, but NOT YOU! You can choose courage You can decide on a direction You can choose creativity You can decide your destiny Learn to FLOW! When you use the power of choice and make spiritually smart life decisions (in relationships, career, health, and wealth) you begin to consciously co-create your divine life---the life you were born to live. In every moment of your life, you have the power to choose and some choices lead to a default, hum-drum life and some to a divine, passionate, purposeful, and adventuresome life. Which will you choose today? Make the choice to get the perspective, support, and accountability you need to graduate from your current circumstances and lead a happier, more fulfilling life. When it is Time for a Change, It's Time for a Coach
There is an innate drive within each of that moves us forward on a personal and spiritual path. The process of personal and spiritual transformation starts with individual growth and proceeds toward growth that engages our souls and encourages us to become what I call called in esoteric terms "soul-centered".
This means that we become less driven by our personality and ego needs and more guided by our soul qualities. This process has also been called "The Hero's Journey" or "The Self-Actualization Process."
It begins with a "awakening" or "wake up call" usually in the form of disappointment or disaster that shakes us out of our trance and causes us to look again at our lives and re-evaluate if who we are and what we are doing is serving our deepest self.
We maybe for the first time in our lives stop seeing the material world as the own reality and start to wonder if there is not something more. This marks the initial "challenge to grow" that our soul initiates within us. Perhaps you are undergoing such a calling right now. And wonder who can help you or what you can do. There is something and someone that I personally know who has been there and done that many times over, yours truly. I have walked through the fires of confusion, loss, anger, sadness due to divorce, job changes, financial challenges, and lack of a strong emotional support network. I believe I have had these experiences so that I could show YOU the way and for others who are going through "the storms of life" now. The time is now for transformation. It is a new era and we are poised with the opportunity to bring in a new consciousness, and co-create a new reality. Why? Because the light within each of us has been turned on, and it's our job to turn that light on brighter and brighter until all false thought forms dissolve in the light of our Truth. Each of us has two distinct choices to make about what we will do with our lives. The first choice we can make is to be less than we have the capacity to be. To earn less. To have less. To read less and think less. To try less and discipline ourselves less. These are the choices that lead to an empty life. These are the choices that, once made, lead to a life of constant apprehension instead of a life of wondrous anticipation. And the second choice? To do it all! To become all that we can possibly be. To read every book that we possibly can. To earn as much as we possibly can. To give and share as much as we possibly can. To strive and produce and accomplish as much as we possibly can. All of us have the choice. To do or not to do. To be or not to be. To be all or to be less or to be nothing at all. Like the tree, it would be a worthy challenge for us all to stretch upward and outward to the full measure of our capabilities. Why not do all that we can, every moment that we can, the best that we can, for as long as we can? Our ultimate life objective should be to create as much as our talent and ability and desire will permit. To settle for doing less than we could do is to fail in this worthiest of undertakings. Results are the best measurement of human progress. Not conversation. Not explanation. Not justification. Results! And if our results are less than our potential suggests that they should be, then we must strive to become more today than we were the day before. The greatest rewards are always reserved for those who bring great value to themselves and the world around them as a result of who and what they have become.
