Look at it like learning to walk.  You take a step and fall.  If no one is there to help pull you up, it's easy to stay sitting down to avoid the pain.  But the desire to walk is strong and you keep trying. 

If your mom or dad is there to hold your hand, you may still fall, but it's easier to get up and doesn't hurt as bad.  You're more willing to try it again and keep trying until you are running.

It's the same with your soul.  Your soul wants to dance, but doesn't know how.  It's growing, but is feeling cramped and held back.  Your Life Coach can hold your hand and show you the dance steps.  Your Life Coach will be there when you stumble, to get you back into your stride.
